Well, i did draw nsfw back then, i even saved a reference of how to draw the pussy and dick and even the woman insides too, it is hard yeah, but will get easier if keep trying to drawing it (if you really like it)

I don't think it's easy for other artists either, though some will be more experienced at it if they've been doing it for a long time. But people don't post pieces they're not happy with, generally speaking. So you only see the things that went well.
